Banana Milk Smoothie
This banana milk smoothie is very easy to make,healthy and sugar free.It's perfect after workout and mid-morning snack.I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients:
1-2 banana
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
In blender combine the banana,fat free milk and vanilla extract.Process until smooth.At the end, put ice cubes.You can decorate it with whatever you want.
