I'm not that kind of person who can spend a whole day in the kitchen wondering what to cook.I prefer simple things.Some days I wake up with great desire to cook and I just open my mother's cookbook and choose.(It's a difficult choice,there are hundreds..) Furthermore I like trying new things and I will share my recipes with you (only successful ones :D).All of them are very easy and ingredients are available in every household.I hope you to enjoy them. :)



Banana-Milk Smoothie


This banana milk smoothie is very easy to make,high protein,healthy and sugar free.It's perfect after workout and mid-morning snack.I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients:

1-2 banana

1/2 cup fat free milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

4 ice cubes


In blender combine the banana,fat free milk and vanilla extract.Process until smooth.You can add cinnamon.At the end, put ice cubes.You can decorate it with whatever you want.
